Dr. Jack L. Potts, M.D. is a seasoned forensic psychiatrist based in Phoenix, Arizona, with over 35 years of experience in the field. He earned his MD from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine & Public Health in 1979. Dr. Potts specializes in applying psychiatric expertise within legal contexts—including assessments of competency, mental state at the time of offense, and expert witness testimony.
